Hike: Guildford

It's finally time to give some attention to Surrey! Join us for another hike at Surrey Hills AONB - this time from Guildford. We will start by walking along the River Wey to Shalford before heading up into the commons and heathland of Blackheath - and as its Surrey, yes you've guessed it, there's loads of sand, its like being on a beach in the middle of the countryside!

Then we'll pass Chilworth and head up St Martha's Hill, from where we'll follow the North Downs Way through Chantries Forest with excellent views over the North Downs back to Guildford - passing a mini Castle and a quaint Tudor and Georgian High Street en route to the finish at The Rodboro Buildings Wetherspoons for a pint!
